BOLLARD bench – a childhood memory

Roderick Vos: ‘BOLLARD is a new seating element crafted entirely from solid oak wood. The design achieves a harmonious balance between clean, straight lines and soft, flowing curves, resulting in a striking and captivating presence. Inspired by the organic forms of harbor bollards, this influence is clearly reflected in the piece.

Created with longevity in mind, this oakwood bench is designed to last for generations and to age gracefully over time. Minimalist yet functional, this seating sculpture exudes a strong, confident character further emphasized by its bright-colored oil finish. BOLLARD has been added to the collection of ITEM Amsterdam.’
