Tom Schoonhoven is a Dutch designer and maker based in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. Blurring the lines between functionality and storytelling, Tom draws inspiration from the unique narratives embedded in objects which he collected. From lighting and furniture to kitchen utensils, his work transforms everyday items into thoughtful designs that elevate daily life.

Driven by a fascination with materials and processes, Tom’s creations are diverse yet united by a distinctive character and soul. From concept to craft, he brings a fresh perspective to domestic design, weaving purpose and personality into every piece. Tom wants to create meaningful and functional everyday objects that enrich living spaces by blending storytelling, craftsmanship, and innovative use of materials. Through thoughtful design, I aim to inspire connection, evoke curiosity, and bring a sense of soul to the objects we use daily.
