Section - Modern luminous wunderkammer

Section is a Modern luminous wunderkammer devised by Marco Lafiandra, a “cabinet of curiosities” in miniature: part real, part game, part curiosity. The basic design elements of this light fitting are a moulded tubular diffuser fixed to a semi-spherical plate with perforated, textured finish, which packs a powerful visual punch. Section’s got also a reflective metallic surface, positioned to close off the plate, that provides a focus for unseen views of the light source.

.exnovo presents Maggiolina, the kafka-esque table lamp

In Maggiolina - the new lamp designed by Alessandro Zambelli for .exnovo - Kafka’s Metamorphosis inspires another metamorphosis - just as surreal, but playful and absorbing too: a beetle transforms itself into a lamp. Through the rotund shape of the sinterized polyamide diffuser, sintered by professional 3D printing, we can make out the polished shell of the forewings, ready to reveal the light source within. The lamp is available in white, light blue, marsala and mustard.

.exnovo presents the new lighting collection Volume

A modular line of lighting mirror sculptures for today’s budding Narcissus. The atmospheres are charged with the inter-galactic futurism of Roger Vadim’s Barbarella and Paco Rabanne’s first metal garments collection. Thoughts such as these are natural on first sight of Volume. The new line from .exnovo - designed by Marco Lafiandra - features a white polyamide light diffuser sintered by professional 3D printing. This combines with a metallized reflective surface in bronze stainless steel.
