Entrée tableware collection by Atelier Macramè

is turned into charming mini-worlds. Entrée, the collection of tableware accessories from Laura Calligari, founder of the Italian design studio Atelier Macramè, become unexpected architectures inhabited by miniature men and women who carry out actions of daily life. In this photo project by Allegra Fregosi Coen Gialli, Entrée elements are turned into futuristic architectures, skating rings, or little city markets. Made of turned wood and ceramic, Entrée is available in white and yellow colour options with golden enamel trim.

Laura Calligari presents Entrée: an homage to macaron

A colourful, playful and original homage to France and its most iconic expression of gastronomy. A rounded, pastel-coloured tableware collection which is light-heartedly and poetically reminiscent of the macaron, the famous miniature filled French cake.

Entrée is part of the Design Around series, a project through which the designer Laura Calligari explores food traditions in different countries by reinterpreting form and function of objects and foods from the world of gastronomy.
